Some good news to share this month. Google gave us a Great Store Quality rating for the United States this June.
If you’ve never heard of Store Quality, that’s fair, most shoppers haven’t. It’s a rating Google Merchant Center gives online stores based on how the whole experience actually feels: shipping, returns, delivery, and how easy the store is to deal with. Think of it as a report card graded by real customer experience, not something a store can just claim about itself.
We’re proud of it. We’re also not calling it finished. Here’s the honest breakdown of where we landed.

What we scored, and where
Two areas came back Exceptional:
Shipping cost: Every order ships through FedEx out of Columbus, Ohio, and anything over $50 ships free. No hidden fees, no surprise charge waiting at checkout.
Return cost: Sending something back doesn’t cost you extra. You’ve got 21 days from delivery, as long as the item’s unused and in its original packaging. You can read the full details on our refund policy page.
Two areas came back Good, which is solid, but it’s where we see room to do better:
Delivery time: We process orders in about two days before FedEx picks them up. We don’t ship weekends, so a Friday-night order starts moving Monday. We want to tighten that up.
Return window: Our 21 days already beats a lot of beauty stores. Even so, we’d rather the whole return process just feel easier, not only be generous on paper.
Why we’re telling you all this
Plenty of stores wouldn’t publish their own report card, especially the “Good, not Exceptional yet” parts. We’d rather be straight with you.
A beauty store shouldn’t make you guess what shipping costs, how returns work, or roughly when your order shows up. No fine print, no confusion. That kind of trust doesn’t come from what we say about ourselves. It comes from the product pages, the checkout, the delivery, and how painless a return actually is when you need one.
