Services

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life is unpredictable and plans can change. If you find yourself needing to cancel a service appointment with us, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to open the spot to other clients looking to enjoy our services. There is no charge for cancelling an appointment, but we greatly appreciate advance notice to help us manage our schedule and client needs effectively. Products

Shipping Info

We ship everything through FedEx from our Columbus, Ohio location (2929 N High St Columbus OH 43202). Orders over $50 get free shipping – anything under that and you’ll pay the delivery fee.

Just so you know, we don’t process orders on weekends. Your order gets handled during business days, so if you place something Friday night, it won’t start moving until Monday.

Processing Time

We need 2 days to get your order ready and out the door. That’s our standard processing time before it goes to FedEx.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You’ve got 2 days from when you place the order to cancel it. Just shoot us an email using the contact info on our website.

Here’s the catch though – if we’ve already handed your package to FedEx, it’s going to show up at your door whether you want it or not. Once FedEx has it, there’s no stopping that delivery train. And if your order was under $50, you’re still on the hook for the delivery fee even if you tried to cancel after we shipped it.

Returns & Refunds

Not happy with what you got? You can return anything within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. The products need to be in the same condition you received them – original packaging, no damage, basically like you never opened it.

To start a return, contact our customer service team. They’ll walk you through exactly what you need to do. Once we get your returned items back and check them over, we’ll refund your money to whatever payment method you used originally.

Refunds take up to 7 days to show up in your account after we process them. Sometimes it’s faster, sometimes it takes the full week – depends on your bank or credit card company.
